What is Peer Support Group ?

A Peer support group is a group of people who come together to share their experiences and feelings about a specific issue or problem they are facing. This can include mental health conditions, chronic illnesses, or life crises. The group provides a safe and supportive environment where members can discuss their challenges, offer emotional support, and learn from others who are going through similar situations
